Super easy
handfuls Mixed Seasonal Herbs (Parsley, Cilantro, Thyme, Oregano, Basil, Rosemary, Etc.)
2 Lemons, Zested
3 Anchovies, Minced to a Paste
4 Garlic Cloves
1/3 cups Olive Oil, more if necessary
Salt and Pepper, to taste
Anchovy Salsa Verde Directions
Place all ingredients into a mason jar with a tight-fitting lid and shake until emulsified.
Salsa can be prepped in advance—mix everything but the herbs and add those just before serving.
HINT: The anchovies are salty, so taste before salting.
