1 teaspoons salt
1 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoons baking soda
1 cups beer
2 eggs, slightly beaten
Beer-Battered Carp Directions
Blend flour, salt, baking powder and baking soda. Add beer and eggs and stir until batter is light and frothy.
Dip fillets in batter and deep-fry until golden.
