Beet Salad

Super easy

6 beets
2 teaspoons white wine vinegar
2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
1/2 teaspoons salt
1 1/2 teaspoons sugar
1 tablespoons Texas olive oil
2 tablespoons chopped dill

Beet Salad Directions

Boil the beets until tender. Cool, peel and dice them into ½-inch cubes.

Whisk the remaining ingredients together. Toss with the beets.
