
Bourbon Infused with Cinnamon, Clove, Pepper, Citrus and Honey

Ingredients
- 5 cinnamon sticks
- 9 whole cloves
- 7 peppercorns (toasted if not fresh)
- Peel of ½ lemon or ½ orange
- 7 tablespoons honey
- 750 ml. bourbon
Instructions
- Place all ingredients in a bottle or jar.
- Place in a cool, dark place for at least 2 weeks.
- Taste for intensity of flavor. If a stronger flavor is desired, leave for another week.
- Strain the spices and peel and store in the refrigerator.
