Makes enough rub for 1 brisket or pork butt.

Ingredients
- 8 tablespoons brown sugar
- 3 tablespoons mesquite flour
- 1 tablespoon(s) smoked salt
- 1/2 teaspoon(s) smoked black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon(s) instant espresso powder
- 1/2 teaspoon(s) ancho chili pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon(s) cayenne
- 1/2 teaspoon(s) cocoa powder
- 1/2 teaspoon(s) cumin
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients together, then massage into the meat.
