
Chad Palmatier’s “No Fingers in Your Drink!” Bloody Mary

Ingredients
- 1 fresh chile pequin pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon(s) prepared horseradish
- 4 ounces tomato juice
- 2 ounces vodka
- 1/2 ounce(s) freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 1/4 ounce(s) Worcestershire sauce
- 1 ounce(s) beef consommé
- 1/4 teaspoon(s) Sriracha
- 1 dash(es) Tobasco sauce
- 1 pinch(es) celery salt
- Sea salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
- Lemon wedge, for garnish
- Celery stick (with leaves), for garnish
Instructions
- In the bottom of a mixing glass, muddle the chile pequin pepper with the horseradish.
- Add all the remaining ingredients except the lemon wedge and celery stick, and stir together with a cocktail spoon.
- Fill another glass with ice and pour the mixture over the ice. Garnish with the lemon wedge and celery stick.
