Chad Palmatier’s “No Fingers in Your Drink!” Bloody Mary

Ingredients
  

  • 1 fresh chile pequin pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon(s) prepared horseradish
  • 4 ounces tomato juice
  • 2 ounces vodka
  • 1/2 ounce(s) freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 1/4 ounce(s) Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 ounce(s) beef consommé
  • 1/4 teaspoon(s) Sriracha
  • 1 dash(es) Tobasco sauce
  • 1 pinch(es) celery salt
  • Sea salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
  • Lemon wedge, for garnish
  • Celery stick (with leaves), for garnish

Instructions
 

  • In the bottom of a mixing glass, muddle the chile pequin pepper with the horseradish.
  • Add all the remaining ingredients except the lemon wedge and celery stick, and stir together with a cocktail spoon.
  • Fill another glass with ice and pour the mixture over the ice. Garnish with the lemon wedge and celery stick.
