Ingredients
- 1 cup(s) unsweetened almond milk or coconut milk
- 3/4 cup(s) frozen cherries
- 2 heaping handfuls greens (such as spinach, kale, chard, collards)
- 2 teaspoons cinnamon
- 1 tablespoon(s) MCT oil, coconut oil, ground flaxseed, chia seeds or natural almond butter
- 1 serving(s) collagen protein, hemp protein or quality whey protein powder (artificial sweetener- and additive-free), optional
- 3/4 cup(s) ice (more ice = thicker shake)
Instructions
- Blend all ingredients. Add water if needed.
