1 pounds Texas chèvre
1 tablespoons pasilla chili powder
2 tablespoons agave nectar
Salt and pepper
1/2 pounds Texas pecans, toasted and finely chopped
1/2 cups Texas herbs (chives, Mexican mint marigold, parsley, mint)

Chèvre-Pecan Tempters Directions

Combine chèvre, chili powder, agave, salt and pepper.

In another bowl, mix pecans and herbs, with more salt and pepper.

Roll chèvre into balls and roll balls in pecan mix to coat. Serve at room temperature.
