Creamy Carrot Coconut Shooters

Super easy

3 cups fresh carrot juice
1 small ripe avocado
2 tablespoons agave nectar
1 tablespoons minced ginger
1/4 teaspoons cayenne pepper
1/4 teaspoons sea salt
1/3 cups young Thai coconut meat, cut into 1 inch x ½ inch strips
Avocado, lime or orange oil for garnish
Cilantro sprigs for garnish
10 shot glasses

Creamy Carrot Coconut Shooters Directions

In a blender, puree the first 6 ingredients until completely smooth. Taste for seasoning.

Pour into shot glasses and serve.
