1 pounds cottage cheese
1 4-oz. can deviled ham
1 egg, beaten
1/2 cups minced green pepper
1/4 cups finely chopped onion
12 manicotti shells
1 cups mozzarella cheese, grated
1 15-oz. can tomato basil sauce
1/2 cups water
Parsley to garnish
Devilish Manicotti Directions
Combine first 5 ingredients and stuff into manicotti shells.
Place manicotti shells in a greased shallow baking dish. Top with cheese, sauce and water.
Cover with lid or foil. Bake in preheated 400° oven for 50 minutes.
