East Indies Faux-Jito

Ingredients
  

  • 2 sprigs fresh Thai basil (or mint), plus more for garnish
  • 1/4 ounce(s) Liber & Co. Fiery Ginger Syrup
  • 2 ounce(s) unsweetened coconut water
  • 1 ounce(s) Hondo Cane Company fresh Texas sugarcane juice
  • 1/2 ounce(s) fresh lime juice
  • 1 ounce(s) soda water, such as Topo Chico

Instructions
 

  • Muddle the Thai basil and ginger syrup in the bottom of a highball glass.
  • Add coconut water, sugarcane juice and lime juice. Swizzle to incorporate.
  • Fill another highball glass with crushed ice and add the mixture.
  • Top with soda water, then garnish with a sprig of Thai basil.
