3 parts passionflower leaves
2 parts lemon balm leaves
2 parts St. John’s wort flowers
1 parts lavender flowers
10 1/2 parts oat straw
1/2 parts valerian root
1 parts peppermint
EZ Relax Tea Directions
Bring water to a boil in tea kettle or pot.
Measure herbs—2 heaping teaspoons per cup of water if using fresh herbs, 1 heaping teaspoon per cup of water if using dried—and place in teapot or separate pot with lid.
Pour desired amount of water over herbs, cover and let infuse, or steep, for at least 15 minutes. Strain and enjoy!
