
Fake-Out Bananas Foster

Ingredients
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 4 ripe bananas, sliced ½-inch thick
- 3/4 cup(s) brown sugar
- 1/2 cup(s) rum (and 1 more for the cook)
- Ice cream, for serving
Instructions
- Melt the butter in a medium saucepan. Toss in the banana slices and add the sugar.
- Stir together to caramelize. Once caramelized, add the rum. Spoon over ice cream and serve.
