Though rum is the most frequently used base spirit in tiki cocktails, it is not a prerequisite. This cocktail features tequila as its base.

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 ounce(s) plata tequila
- 3/4 ounce(s) St. Germain Elderflower liqueur
- 1 ounce(s) pineapple juice
- 1/2 ounce(s) freshly squeezed lime juice
- 1/4 ounce(s) canela syrup
Instructions
- Shake all ingredients with ice and strain into a tiki mug filled with crushed ice.
- Garnish with a pineapple wedge.
