Scott and Kim were fishing in Homer, Alaska, when they first encountered this recipe. The captain on the ship served this recipe to the families and used the freshly caught halibut pulled from the water that day. Intending to please the children on board, the captain also inadvertently satisfied the adults, as well.

1 sleeve Ritz Crackers or Back to Nature Rounds for a healthier substitute
2 tablespoons lemon pepper seasoning
teaspoons paprika
1 tablespoons granulated garlic
2 pounds any firm white fish
Homemade Fish Sticks Directions
Preheat the oven to 400°.
Cut the fish into 1-inch strips or cubes.
In a medium bowl, crush the crackers and mix in the seasonings. Add the fish pieces and coat evenly.
Place the fish on baking sheets and bake for 20–25 minutes.
