
Jeane Family Homemade Ice Cream

Servings 1 and 1/2 gallons of ice cream
Ingredients
- 6 eggs
- 3 cups sugar
- 2 cans Eagle Brand milk
- 1 1/2 quarts half & half
- 1 1/2 pints whipping cream
- 2 tablespoons vanilla
Instructions
- Place all ingredients in a large mixing bowl, and whisk together thoroughly.
- Pour mixture into ice cream freezer, and if needed add milk to bring level two inches from the top.
- Follow the freezing instructions from the ice cream freezer. Enjoy!
