Servings 1 and 1/2 gallons of ice cream

Ingredients
  

  • 6 eggs
  • 3 cups sugar
  • 2 cans Eagle Brand milk
  • 1 1/2 quarts half & half
  • 1 1/2 pints whipping cream
  • 2 tablespoons vanilla

Instructions
 

  • Place all ingredients in a large mixing bowl, and whisk together thoroughly.
  • Pour mixture into ice cream freezer, and if needed add milk to bring level two inches from the top.
  • Follow the freezing instructions from the ice cream freezer. Enjoy!
