1 pounds new potatoes, scrubbed and quartered
1/4 cups Lemon-Herb Vinaigrette
1 teaspoons minced shallot
1 bunch green onions with tops, sliced
1/2 cups lemon balm and/or lemon basil, loosely chopped
Salt and pepper, to taste

Lemon Balm Potatoes Directions

Bring potatoes to boil in salted water and cook until just tender.

Drain and toss with the vinaigrette, shallot, green onions and herbs. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
