Lolita’s Pecan Pie

Super easy

1 cups brown sugar
1/2 cups light corn syrup
1/2 cups dark corn syrup
3 eggs
1 pinches Pinch of salt
1 cups pecans, chopped
1 teaspoons vanilla
1 pie shell
Pecan halves, for garnish

Lolita’s Pecan Pie Directions

Preheat the oven to 375°.

Mix the first seven ingredients together and beat well. Pour into the unbaked pie shell and garnish with pecan halves.

Shape aluminum foil strips around the crimped dough edges to protect them from burning during baking. Bake in the middle of the oven for one hour.
