Lucinda's Roasted Red Pepper and Sundried Tomato Salsa

Super easy

4 red bell peppers roasted, peeled, seeded and roughly chopped
1 cups sun dried tomatoes packed in oil, patted dry, chopped
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
3 tablespoons fresh basil, loosely chopped
1 teaspoons fresh rosemary removed from stem, finely chopped
1/2 teaspoons freshly ground dried cayenne
1/2 teaspoons brown sugar
Salt to taste

Lucinda's Roasted Red Pepper and Sundried Tomato Salsa Directions

Mix all ingredients together. Best made a day in advance. Adjust flavorings before serving as needed.
