3 peaches, stones removed, peeled and cut into large slices
5 ounces arugula
1/4 cups basil, chopped
2 teaspoons mint, chopped
2 tablespoons cilantro leaves
Matthew Buchanan’s Peach and Arugula Herb Salad Directions
Combine all ingredients except oil and vinegar and gently toss. Drizzle with the oil and vinegar.
