
Mesquite Butter

Ingredients
- 1 stick of butter, softened
- 2 1/2 teaspoons mesquite flour
Instructions
- Beat the butter and mesquite flour in a bowl together with an electric mixer until creamy and smooth.
- Keep the butter in a covered bowl or plastic container, and store in the refrigerator.
Notes
When available, it’s best to use fresh mesquite flour from Barton Springs Mill and Miche Bread for this recipe.
