
Mojito with Infused Rum

Ingredients
- 10 mint leaves
- 2 tablespoons lime juice
- 2 teaspoons sugar
- 2 ounces infused rum
- 1/4 cup(s) plain soda or mineral water
- 1/2 cup(s) crushed ice
- Mint sprig, for garnish
Instructions
- In a tall glass, thoroughly muddle the mint, lime juice and sugar to bring out the mint flavor and melt the sugar.
- Add the infused rum (recipe here), soda water and crushed ice.
- Stir well and garnish with a sprig of mint.
