Materials

  • 5 drops eucalyptus (Eucalyptus globulus) essential oil
  • 5 drops tea tree (Melaleuca alternifolia) essential oil
  • 6 drops sweet orange (Citrus x sinensis) essential oil

Instructions

  • Add the essential oils to an electric ultrasonic diffuser according to manufacturer’s directions.

Notes

Diffuse into your home to prevent and help overcome colds and flu.
