Ocha Zuke Broth

Super easy

4 ounces (or more) water
1/4 ounces green tea
1/2 ounces hon dashi
8 ounces cooked rice
1 Kosher salt to taste
1 pinches radish sprouts
1 pinches bonito flakes
1 scallion, julienned
1/4 sheet of nori, sliced into very thin strips

Ocha Zuke Broth Directions

Heat water on medium-low. Add tea and dashi and simmer for 10 minutes. Remove from heat and strain into a bowl with a scoop of rice. Season to taste with salt. Garnish with radish sprouts, bonito flakes, scallions and nori.
