Ingredients
- 19 small new potatoes, boiled until tender, lightly smashed with a mason jar (or similar)
- 1 cup(s) chopped green onions
- 2 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
- 1/4 cup(s) mayo
- 1/4 cup(s) sour cream
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Chopped dill, for garnish
Instructions
- Gently mix everything in a large bowl and top with the dill.
