Potato Salad

Ingredients
  

  • 19 small new potatoes, boiled until tender, lightly smashed with a mason jar (or similar)
  • 1 cup(s) chopped green onions
  • 2 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
  • 1/4 cup(s) mayo
  • 1/4 cup(s) sour cream
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Chopped dill, for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Gently mix everything in a large bowl and top with the dill.
