1 tablespoons fresh rosemary, chopped
1/2 cups coarse salt (coarse Hawaiian Alaea, Cypress flake, Sel Gris or Fleur de Sel)
2 tablespoons lemon zest
Rosemary Citrus Salt Directions
Process ingredients in a food processor, pulsing until well blended. Use as a rub on pork or meat for grilling, as a finishing salt for roasted vegetables or as a flavorful sprinkle on a hearty salad.
