Super easy
2 jalapeno or serrano chilies, or to taste (seeds included)
10 tomatillos, husked, rinsed and quartered
1 small garlic clove(s), peeled
1 thick slice of onion
1/2 cups fresh cilantro leaves with tender stems
Salt to taste
1/2 large avocado, peeled
Salsa Verge con Aguacate Directions
Place chilies, tomatillos, garlic and onion in a blender and process until smooth.
Add the avocado pulp, cilantro and salt to taste. Process until smooth.
