2 ounces Dry Sack sherry
1 1/2 ounces beaten egg
1 ounces simple syrup
Nutmeg for garnish

Sherry Flip Directions

Combine the sherry, egg and syrup in a mixing glass with ice and shake long and hard to emulsify the egg. Strain into a chilled coupe glass and dust with freshly grated nutmeg.
