A variation on the classic Suffering Bastard cocktail, this tiki-style drink features Waco's native whiskey from Balcones Distillery.

Super easy

1 1/2 ounces Balcones True Blue Cask-Strength Corn Whisky
1 parts Plymouth Sloe Gin
1 ounces fresh-squeezed lime juice
1 dashes Angostura bitters
2 ounces Maine Root Ginger Beer
1 Pineapple chunk and lime slice for garnish

Build in a double old-fashioned glass and garnish with a pineapple and lime.
