Ingredients
  

  • 1 egg white(s)
  • 1 1/2 ounces Pisco
  • 1 ounce(s) a.k.a mixology Strawberry-Yuzu mixer
  • 1/4 ounce(s) a.k.a mixology Falernum
  • Strawberry slice, for garnish

Instructions
 

  • In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, add the egg white.
  • Shake until the egg white foams, then add the rest of the ingredients.
  • Shake again until well chilled and the foam thickens.
  • Strain into a chilled coupe and garnish with a fresh strawberry slice.
