Ingredients
- 1 egg white(s)
- 1 1/2 ounces Pisco
- 1 ounce(s) a.k.a mixology Strawberry-Yuzu mixer
- 1/4 ounce(s) a.k.a mixology Falernum
- Strawberry slice, for garnish
Instructions
- In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, add the egg white.
- Shake until the egg white foams, then add the rest of the ingredients.
- Shake again until well chilled and the foam thickens.
- Strain into a chilled coupe and garnish with a fresh strawberry slice.
