
Green Chutney
A nice addition to Potato Samosas.

Ingredients
- 1 cups mint leaves
- 1 cups cilantro leaves and stems
- 1/4 cups chopped onion
- 1 jalapeño, seeded and chopped
- 1 teaspoons sugar
- 1/4 cups rice vinegar
- 1/2 teaspoons salt
- 1/4 teaspoons ground cumin
- 1/4 teaspoons ground coriander
Instructions
- Place the mint, cilantro, onion, jalapeño, sugar, vinegar and salt in a blender and blend on low speed until incorporated.
- Increase the speed to high and blend for 15 seconds longer.
- Add the cumin and coriander and let sit for several hours before using.
