Ingredients
- 2 medium ripe avocados
- 1 1/3 cup(s) condensed coconut milk
- 1 can full-fat coconut milk
- 1 can light coconut milk
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
Instructions
- Place all of the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
- Pour the mixture into a 2-quart ice cream maker and freeze according to your ice cream maker’s directions.
