Green Chutney

A nice addition to Potato Samosas.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cups mint leaves
  • 1 cups cilantro leaves and stems
  • 1/4 cups chopped onion
  • 1 jalapeño, seeded and chopped
  • 1 teaspoons sugar
  • 1/4 cups rice vinegar
  • 1/2 teaspoons salt
  • 1/4 teaspoons ground cumin
  • 1/4 teaspoons ground coriander

Instructions
 

  • Place the mint, cilantro, onion, jalapeño, sugar, vinegar and salt in a blender and blend on low speed until incorporated.
  • Increase the speed to high and blend for 15 seconds longer.
  • Add the cumin and coriander and let sit for several hours before using.
