
Guy Forsyth’s “Still Gonna Get Kissed” Fresh Cauliflower Salad

Ingredients
- 1 head cauliflower, cut into florets
- 1/2 large red onion, diced
- 4 ounces chopped green olives
- 3 ounces blue cheese crumbles
- 1 cup(s) Italian dressing
Instructions
- Combine everything in a large bowl and mix well until all ingredients are well coated with the dressing.
- Forsyth’s pro tip: Combine all the ingredients in a large zip-top bag and shake the mixture instead of mixing with a spoon.
- Refrigerate the salad overnight before serving.
Notes
Forsyth suggests pairing it with your favorite boxed wine.
