Guy Forsyth’s “Still Gonna Get Kissed” Fresh Cauliflower Salad

Ingredients
  

  • 1 head cauliflower, cut into florets
  • 1/2 large red onion, diced
  • 4 ounces chopped green olives
  • 3 ounces blue cheese crumbles
  • 1 cup(s) Italian dressing

Instructions
 

  • Combine everything in a large bowl and mix well until all ingredients are well coated with the dressing.
  • Forsyth’s pro tip: Combine all the ingredients in a large zip-top bag and shake the mixture instead of mixing with a spoon.
  • Refrigerate the salad overnight before serving.

Notes

Forsyth suggests pairing it with your favorite boxed wine.
