Materials

  • ounce(s) unscented lotion
  • 8 drops rosemary (Rosmarinus officinalis ct. camphor) essential oil
  • 3 drops peppermint (Mentha x piperita) essential oil
  • 6 drops lavender (Lavandula angustifolia) essential oil

Instructions

  • Stir the lotion and essential oils together and place in a 1-ounce glass jar.

Notes

Apply to tired muscles after a workout.
