drops rosemary (Rosmarinus officinalis ct. camphor) essential oil

drops peppermint (Mentha x piperita) essential oil

drops lavender (Lavandula angustifolia) essential oil
Instructions
Stir the lotion and essential oils together and place in a 1-ounce glass jar.

Apply to tired muscles after a workout.
