Ingredients

  • 1 piece(s) untoasted fresh baguette
  • 2 tablespoons good butter
  • 3 slices prosciutto, thinly cut
  • Crip Plain-Jane
  • 1 thin sliced toasted baguette
  • 2 tablespoons Pure Luck Dairy’s June’s Joy

Instructions

For the Prosciutto Plain-Jane:

  • Top one side of the baguette with a generous swipe of good butter, then pile on thin slices of prosciutto—simple, delicious and timeless.

For the Crip Plain-Jane:

  • Or for a refreshing and crisp tartine, start with thin-sliced baguette toasted long and low to dry out the bread.
  • Generously spread the pieces with Pure Luck Dairy’s June’s Joy, then add thinly sliced pears, a drizzle of local honey, a twist or two from the pepper mill and fresh basil leaves for garnish.
