  • 1 cup(s) filtered water
  • 1/4 cup(s) whey
  • 1/4 cup(s) freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 1/4 teaspoon(s) sea salt
  • Stevia extract powder, to taste

Instructions
 

  • Combine all ingredients in a quart-size mason jar and shake.
