Kirk Watson’s Cherry-O “Consensus” Cream Pie

Ingredients
  

  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1 can(s) sweetened condensed milk (10 oz.)
  • 1/3 cup(s) lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon(s) vanilla extract
  • 1 pie crust(s) graham cracker
  • 1 can(s) cherry-pie filling, chilled (14 oz.)

Instructions
 

  • Use a hand mixer to blend together the cream cheese, milk, lemon juice and vanilla.
  • Pour the mixture into the pie crust and refrigerate until set—about 1 to 2 hours.
  • Just before serving, top the pie with the chilled cherry pie filling, then slice and serve—or, if you’re a Watson, just take a spoon to it.
