tablespoon(s) white miso

pound(s) green cabbage, sliced thinly

watermelon radish(es), julienned
1
teaspoon(s) chopped scallion
1/2
teaspoon(s) Meyer lemon zest
Salt, to taste
Instructions
Whisk together the lemon juice and miso to make a creamy dressing.
Add salt, to taste, then toss the dressing with the cabbage and radish.
Garnish with the scallions and lemon zest. Serve chilled or at room temperature.
