Texas Flower Sun Tea

Ingredients
  

  • 1 gallon(s) filtered water
  • 4 handfuls borage blooms (about 60–80)
  • 6 blooms large (4-inch) passionflower blooms

Instructions
 

  • In a large pitcher or jar, pour cold or room temperature water over blooms and set out in the sun for an hour or more.
  • Strain and serve over ice.

Notes

The blend has a light, refreshing cucumber/melon taste.
