handfuls borage blooms (about 60–80)

blooms large (4-inch) passionflower blooms
Instructions
In a large pitcher or jar, pour cold or room temperature water over blooms and set out in the sun for an hour or more.
Strain and serve over ice.
Notes
The blend has a light, refreshing cucumber/melon taste.
