Ceviche with Tuna, Cucumber and Orange

Ingredients

fresh tuna, cut in half inch cubes
salt, to taste
1/4
cups
fresh-squeezed lime juice

oranges, supremed (save any juice and mix with the lime juice)

cucumber, peeled, seeds removed, diced

tablespoons
chopped red onion
1
serrano chili (or to taste), chopped

tablespoons
olive oil
2
tablespoons
chopped fresh cilantro
Instructions
Place the tuna in a glass bowl, sprinkle with salt and cover with the lime and orange juices.
Marinate for 3 minutes, add the rest of the ingredients, season with salt and mix well.
Serve in a cold glass bowl with tortilla chips on the side.
